Slipstream XP-SP1_1106.Final.exe?

Can you use the XP-SP1_1106.Final.exe to slipstream the service pack? Which files - folders would I need to delete after extracting to sp1. The update folder?
btw if this is a dumb question forgive my inexperienced ways.

Thanks – used the guide by SiXX to slipstream 1106.Final. to corporate CD using WinIso,used a 640 generated key.

Hey dont be so negative
I guess the 640 key that I used is excepted I have allready installed on a spare harddrive - no problem -
