could anyone tell me while i make a vcd ,the sound is slightly out of sinc? i rip a dvd then create project file then convert with tmpg then burn with nero 6. is the out of sinc normal,or can it be corrected. oh yeah,if you want best quality picture on vcd,then use the highest level to encode,takes about 3hrs,but its worth it.

I've been searching the forum for help with avi sync issues and found the link above. Is it still active because it tells me I am not authorised to view.
I'm desperate to find how to correct this problem as nearly all my films (in whatever format) seem to have the same problem.
