can anyone help please, when i enter some web sites i get an error box come up.
it says "an error has occoured in the scripts on this page

"do u want to continue running scripts on this page"


using aol 8 shit as my internet provider if it helps.... any help as always would be much appreciated

AOL sucks

This is generaly a problem because your using an old browser, Internet Explorer 3 for exemple. Since the web is evolving, browsers must evolve also.

I would sugjest using another browser if you can. I sugjest Firebird (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird/) or Opera (http://www.opera.com)

Those 2 browsers are really advanced, and really light and fast. They are way far better than internet explorer witch is NOT secure, doens't have any features, and if so integrated in windows that you can't get rid of it!!

The problem is your java virtual machine... not sure if AOL can handle Sun java runtimes, or if it can handle browsing alltogether (i've geard by most people that irt shouldn't be considered as a browser at all), but indeed, Firebird, Mozilla ,Opera (yes, EVEN Opera...) have to be much better browsing solutions.

How dare you use "EVEN" for opera!!!

I think Opera is one of best. Ok if you don't like it, but it's still a great piece of software.
