Hey, i am trying to burn avi movie files onto dvd. I have tried many guides to help me with this, but none work. I got directed to this site from collegues that said your tutorials could help. I am using the divx -> dvd tutorial, and trying to convert avi files to dvd. But every time i get to putting the avi file into the converter page of dvd2svcd, i get the message "The Scenarist file does not exist!". After clicking ok, it takes me to the CD image tab of dvd2svcd. Every step taken i have done exactly as was written. But needless to say, i am a little stumped... any help or advice as to the cause of this? and rectification ideas would be a great help as well. Thanks in advance

do you have Sonic Scenarist installed?
any idea of where i can get it from?
In the CD Image section of DVD2SVCD, make sure you click on "Dont Make Images" then it wouldnt care less if you have Scenarist or not. Personnally I wouldnt use Scenarist with DVD2SVCD, to many problems for AVI conversions.
