Runtime error '-2147203637 (800445cb)': CMrulist component failure

I have burned about 50 DVDs with DS with no problems at all... but last night, after I finished DVD Decrypt process, and I took out some previews and what not, I tried to run the final process, then I got an error. After that, I just deleted all the files in the temp directory, and tried to restart DS again, but now everytime I get this error shown exactly this way:

Run-Time error '-2147203637 (800445cb)':
CMruList componet failure

I cannot even start the program at all, does it have anything to do with I deleted all the temp dir. files?? How do I fix this??

Oh, by the way, I do get to see the stripper's breasts with this error, they are not covered with dvds anymore, hehe, it is about the only good thing with this error.

I tried to download and install vbrun60sp5.exe... but it did not fix the problem, can someone please be more specific about how to fix the problem??
