Run Time Error 32765

Hi,
I've just had to re-install Windows XP, and since this DVD Stripper comes up with the following error when I try to give it the path for IFOEdit.
'Run-time error '32765':
The common dialog function failed during initialization. This error often occurs when insufficient memory is available.'

I don't understand this as it used to work fine. Has anybody got any ideas?

I've just tried Mackem's fix and it does not work! I must be doing something wrong? Any other ideas??
