RUN Command disappeared

Hello to al the good people there.
I got a problem.
After XP SP1 installation, my RUN command in the start menu disappeared. How did that happen and what do I have to do to bring it back?
I have tried already to use those windows tweakers to restore the command line executor, but it didn't help.
Help Anybody?

Right-Click on the Start button, Goto: Properties, StartMenu, Customized, Advanced -> check /tic the Run box.

WOW I dont believe I did't know that. wow, It was so embarrassing.
