Roxio & XP = No CD Drives

Greetings,

I should have learned when using W2K that Roxio is a bad mix; unfortunately, I was sent a RW CD and needed to run the program which insisted I download the latest upgrade to replace two drivers.

Long story short, my computer no longer recognizes my two CD drives (IDE - came with Dell Computer & SCSI - Plextor). I removed Easy CD Creator from my computer to no avail.

Any insights or suggestions greatly appreciated.
