Roxio Freezes When Capturing !

Hi,
When i am transfering data from my camcorder into
Roxio , after about 7 minutes the Roxio freezes !!!
This is very frustratiing as i am trying to put together
a DVD for my daughter !!
Please , any help is gratefully received !

Sorry cant help never have Roxio in any form on my pc it is crappola (IMHO & loadsa others) (so dont know how to use it) <> suggest u try something else

Finally a tip re viewing the Forums

What Roxio support (cough... cough...) has to say about the issue?
Not a Crooxio user either (masochism has certain limits), so I cannot really help.
