Change the value of the last mentioned registry key to your logfile to 1 and try again. Seems to be a permissions problem. You should also disable auto insert notification, which is on.

Several ways to do that...
1. Click the Start button followed by selecting "Run". Type in "gpedit.msc" and click OK. Click and expand "Computer Configuration", followed by "Administrative Template", followed by "System". Double click "Disable Autoplay" and then select "Enable" followed by clicking "OK".
2. Type regedit and find the key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Modify the value for the NoDriveTypeAutoRun key to 0000 95 00 00 00 (or 0x95 in Regedt32.exe). Exit regedit and restart Windows. If you are running Windows NT, Windows 2000 or XP you should also update your Emergency Repair Disk (ERD) after completing these steps.
3. Type regedit (again...)
Find the following key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Cdrom
and change the "autorun" value to 0 (zero).
Any of them should work OK.
