Can anyone tell me if it is possible to resize an avi file and still keep the pic quality.
I have two avi files that are:-image=width 352 pixels Height 288 pixels/ Audio= bit rate =56kbps audio format is mpeg layer-3
Video=frame rate=12frames/sec
datarate=44kbps / videosamplesize 24bit / video compression=ms-mpeg4 v3
When i play this full screen the image becomes distorted. yet if played normal size the image is ok. Can any of u please help.
