reset problem with nero and a sony dru-510A

my sony dru-510A is in an external box connected by USB2 on my pc !
I know the problem is not from the box since is used to work good with my last drive -_-
but now I get that reset error in nero and I don't know how to fix it ...
should've bought the pioneer model ^_^;

USB controllers which are OK for HD's are not necessarily good for Atapi devices.

You're right but this one is compatible but sometimes I can burn a CD without any problem and some other time I get that really annoying reset problem and thus no matter on which disk I put the files to burn onto -_-
even tryied on my SCSI drive but it didn't change anything -_-
do you think it's my box that's the problem or is it (and I think it's the problem) because of some software problem maily systems one like drivers or bus problem ...
really this is getting on my nerves ^_^;
