recordnow max crack won't work

I get an error telling me file not found, or file access error when I try to run the crack. I am running windows 2000. Can someone help me?

Thanks for the help.
I had read that post topic but didn't think it applied to my situation. (I was wrong again!) When I moved that file to a different directory, it did patch the file. I guess I am not quite as computer literate as I would like to be. I know just enough to be dangerous.
