it is quite easy, just remove the silence from the front and end of the tracks in an audio editor and then load the tracks into Nero in the correct order, highlight all tracks and then right click to get to properties, here you can set the pause between tracks to 0. you can then burn your cd, ignore the message about cant set pause for first track just click on reset and burn
If you mean one single, long track, yes.

Nero isn't the best choice; you will get clicks or dropouts between the titles, even when you set pause = 0s;

By experience the best software is Easy Cd-Da Extractor , get a trial version here http://www.poikosoft.com/easycdda.html
In the menu use the option combine file and you will have one mp3 file then just burn. Never tried with other encoding option like .wav or .wma but it can convert any audio cd into those type of files..
