Hope I'm in Correct Forum....My Very First question here...Asking cause this has baffled me....My DVDRom Drive & CDR/w Writer Read all CDs OK...but for some unknown reason they won't Rip a Music CD to my System....I keep geting this.."Reading Table of Contents Failed" never had my TOC fail before..
I can Burn a CDR from any folder on any Hard Disk with no probs...I can put a CDR into both drives n it will Read All Files & Play Music....But I need to RIP Music CDs to MP3...So anyone any idea what could be causeing this...What Makes the TOC Fail!!!!
XP Pro, DVDRom (master) CDR/W (slave)... 40Gbt HD C:20Gbt (Master) plus E:18Gbt.. 80Gbt (slave)... 20Gbt on PCI ATA100 as Master....
Have Swapped all this from one old Tower to a New Tower...But if it was a conection prob then they would not work at all....No Virus, no Trojans, (none found after 6 scans)ASPI Layer is OK, checked it 3 times now...
