radeon 9800xt 256mb

just orderd a radeon 9800xt 256mb card.but have just found out thats its a saphire card will there be a difference from the asus card?
also will it still be an iti card?i think it will just worried if its not the same speed.

Speed and benchmarks are almost identical,clock and core settings are the same,but the Asus is better build and better cooled,but more expensive....
