i downloaded a mpg file from a friend. he also lost the file 
but here is my problem i can play it without a problem but i want to past a other piece of movie after it and then there comes the problem.
When i try to open it with virtualdubmod i get this error
[!] MPEG: Anachronistic or discontinuous timestamp found in video stream 0 at byte position 55984650, from 24405602 to 290013602. This may indicate an improper join.
[!] MPEG: Anachronistic or discontinuous timestamp found in audio stream 0 at byte position 55986974, from 24337936 to 289935063. This may indicate an improper join.
when i use TMPGEnc i cant open it normal. but when i go to the mpeg tools and try to multiplex it or any other option. it stops after a few sec just like virtualdubmod and i get a error illegal MPEG audio stream.
how can i fix this so i can add or edit this file. please help
