Qdvd.dll (Error when trying to play a DVD)

Hey, I'm getting the following error message whenever I try to play a DVD on my computer.

Access violation at address 1C11470 in module 'qdvd.dll'.Writeaddress
00000002.

I know it apprently has something to do with DirectX however, I have the latest version 9 and even tried reinstalling it and.. still no go.

I saw an earlier post from someone last year asking about qdvd.dll however, his fix was removing and reinstalling XP... needless to say, I don't want to go that far.

Anyone have any other suggestions on how to fix the problem?

Info about my computer:

466, 192mb ram, running XP

But what DVD Player software are you running to try and play the DVD ?

I've tried using several different DVD Players.

Real Player
Microsoft Player and a few other wierd random ones.

They all give me the same error msg

But any chance can you try PowerDVD they have Free trail Version?
Wow you run XP with that low of ram and don't have any problems?
