putting to files together

hi

i have a svcd with 2 cue files
one of the files is to big to burn on a cdr
how can i add those 2 files together and splitt them so that it will go on 3 cdr's
or can i splitt the file that is to big so i can burn it on 2 cdr's

so iff someone can help a real noobie

Hi

Well if you do need to split them I recommend EASY VIDEO SPLITTER...

Also if you do have video clips to join in to one big movie file then get EASY VIDEO JOINER...

Both of them are very usefull programs..

You need to take the SVCD .bin file and extract the mpg within with something like VCDGEAR or ISOBUSTER we have a tutorial on ISOBUSTER in the depths of the forum search the VCD/SVCD section :)

once extracted the MPG can then be split in two with various programs again search the vcd/svcd section on how to do this with TMPGENC and other programs :)

then its just a case of re authoring with you favorite burning program and making a SVCD with the newly split mpgs :)

Are you sure that it is too big? As an SVCD an 80min CDR holds aprox 800MB's plus a BIN will generally be larger than its actual contents, so even if the BIN itself is over 800MB's it may still fit.

Hi Guys

Ive come to a problem I created a SVCD via nero vision express 2.1.0.4..
But when I insert the cd in a DVD player it plays, The question im getting to is that I have a menu of three chapters but cant select them.. When I turn off the PBC on the DVD player it plays, If I turn it on goes back to menu...

Another way if I select next on the remote it plays...
Wired..

HELP..

i checked it m8 the file is 815mb i setup my nero to 805mb
but it still won't burn
i burnt other svcd's and had no problems with nero
btw if i try to burn the file all goes well untill nero does a lead out wich takes about 30 minutes
after that i get a burn failed message
if i check what is on the disc i see there is nothing on it
well i still try to work on splitting the files
thnx fir your thought on this matter
