I have been able to convert my svcds to mpg and after some use of tmpgenc dvd, i managed to copy it all to a dvd-r. On the computer the picture is fine but the douns is off by a good 4 seconds and when i try it on my tv dvd player, the picture looks like all the pixels exploded. So any suggestions,

How exactly did you convert your SVCD';s to mpg? Did you re-encode with TMPGEnc or did you re-author with TMPGEnc DVD Author ?

Does your DVD Player play normal SVCD's (on CDR's) fine? If it cant, it wont play them on a DVDR.
