prog to edit mpg2 files?

need progi to edit mpeg2 program stream files
4x3
544x576 the real size is 768x544
25 fsec
the files are very big to 1 gig
tmpg crash all the time in mpeg tools
tried mpgsplit crash
help
cant encodin it evrything crash
till now trhe only way is encodin it with nero
the nero creat tmp files that are realy mpg 1 vcd

and than edit it cut paste

Process file with DVD2AVI.
Then load into tmpegenc as per Chickenmans tutorial (the one for backing up DVD to (s)vcd.
Just remember to load the pal svcd template and set aspect 4:3.l

Or use M2edit.
Tmpegenc is better if u can get that to work though.

yup, just as daveml says. DVD2AVI then tmpgenc or M2Edit (perhaps even adobe premiere)

What version TMPGEnc are you using, the latest? Try using and older version, in particular ver 12a

Another good contender is MPEG2VCR, go a search on the forum for this one.
