Procoder or TMPGEnc ?

which choise is better ?
if u use cracked procoder which was posted here in cdrsoft forum and last tmpgenc pro.

In my test the M2V it's exellent but it's not compatible with DvdMaestro and Scenarist

I'm playing with it at the moment. First impression is very good but I'm looking at it for VCD and SVCD, not DVD.
