Procoder, how to encode JUST video?!

I went into Vegas Video 3 and digitized 2 minutes of video. Exported the AVI (video only) and WAV (sound only) into two seperate files. I went into Procoder and imported the AVI file and told it to output a MPEG2 file (program stream?) and telling it there was NO audio...just encode the AVI and gimme an mp2 file. (Used 2Pass VBR with max bitrate at 9K). I used Scenarist to encode the WAV to AC3 and then I went into SpruceUp v1.x and no matter what, I could get NO sound. SpruceUp, which normally loads the sound file so long as the file names match...which they did, would not gimme sound. I've been making DVDs for about 6 months now and have churned out tons. The only thing different, is I used Procoder as my compressor. I think the prob was that when I made the MPEG2 file, maybe I did something wrong and Procoder created a silenced audio track and SpruceUp thinks the MPEG2 already has an audio track and didn't import my seperate AC3. Could somebody tell me how to go into Procoder and what options to pick to JUST create an MPEG2 file with NO sound. I thought I did it right....maybe not.

Program stream includes vision and audio. MPEG2 Elementary stream is what you have to select. If my recollection is right, first you have to select "User defined" and then you will have the option to select MPEG2 Elementary stream. That should work for both PAL and NTSC.
