Problems with Hotmail and Yahoo

Hi!
I have accounts with Hotmail and Yahoo. However, I have problems when I try to delete emails from my inbox both with Hotmail and Yahoo. When I click "delete" button, my browser, either IE 5.5 or Netscape 4.7, responded by the following "the page can not be displayed". I did not have any problem before. Can some one please help.

possibly that they are the ones experiencing the problems.
Sometimes their servers go down or they're having a problem with their dump/trash settings.
Does this occur all the time? or certain hours?
