I just bought a LITEON LDW-811S/851S and installed it on a P4 with ABIT RAID motherboard and Windows XP Prof OS. For some reasons DVDs cannot be even read - the system does not find a disk if I insert a DVD. CDs are recognized though. I also have another DVD-ROM in my computer which works fine. Does anybody knows if this is a Hardware defect or software problem? Thanks
