Since I have bought my lite-on 52-24-52 writer, and therefor installed Ahead InCD 3.37 to make use of the Mt. Rainier capabilities of this device, I have problems restarting windows xp sp1.
Whenever I try a restart, the computer just does a powerdown. Also when I do a powerdown, the computer does a power down.
I havent changed anything in the power options of windows, nor in the power options in the bios.
Even when uninstalling the InCD software, this problem doesn't go away, probably due to the fact that the uninstall routine doesnt delete all InCD registry entries.
But, because I like to use Mt. Rainier, I want to keep using InCD.
Anyone else has observed this problem? And if yes, anyone has a solution to this problem?
