problems encoding .ecl files

I'm using the Film machine with CCE encoder. It manages to do the "2nd pass - transcoding" part then a warning box pops up saying something about the ".ecl" file being wrong.

Anyone have any idea what this means or how to get around it?

I'm trying to get a avi file i downloaded onto a dvd, I have got nero but need to convert to mpeg-2 to get it onto a disc.
