I am using Philips DVD+RW I was able to get one DVD done using the Following Programs DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter, and Burnatonce... The First CD worked fine but my others ones stop burning after 12 seconds saying

DVD+ media but DVD+R/DVD+RW support code is missing.
If you need DVD+R/DVD+RW support, ask the Author for cdrecord-ProDVD.
