Problem writing PSX disc

I'm trying to burn a copy of Thousand Arms, and when getting to 70-75%, it bugs up and fills the screen with "incorrect parameter" or something like that.
I figured it was the profile i was using, so i checked and found out about the PSX Lib thingy, and used that, and it still doesn't work Not sure as to why, any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Oops, didnt mention anything spec-wise. I'm using CloneCD. Speaking of which, i absolutely ABHOR cloneCD but .CCD files don't seem to burn correctly when i use Nero.... is CloneCD the only program that can use .CCD files? Thanks!

use clone cd read with both subchannels checked and burn with DO NOT repair subchannels ticked

or use alcohol 120% and use the playstation profile

I think i've got it... the .CCD file was just a guide for clone cd, and the .img filworks as a .bin if you rename it and use nero. Haven't found a problem yet
