Problem with Spy Kids DVD Rip!

I used Smart Ripper to decode the DVD which had no scratches or fingerprints, After ripping it, I tried to watch the VOB files and they froze up after a few seconds. I then re-ripped with CladXP with the same results. I tried to encode any way using DVD2AVI, then TMPGEnc. The results were a mpeg file that while it played had jitters (motion that is-for lack of a better description). Is there some sort of "Super Macrovision" on this disc or am I missing something? This is the first time I've run into a VOB file that froze up on start, and a mpeg with jitters, I even tried force film in DVD2AVI with no success. Any help would be very welcome.

A friend has just ripped the PAL version without a hitch, so not sure on the NTSC version. I would have tried DVD Decrytor actually rather than Clad. Get their latest 3.00.13 from w*w.doom9.net download section.

I ripped the R1 version a while back, I had the same problem with s/ripper, I think it it was looping with the angles (French & English).
I ended up re doing using cladmdec 1.0.
I should also point out that dvd decryptor 2.4 also worked.
