Problem with burned DVD's

Hello! I am using Nerovision Express 3 to burn AVI files to DVD-RW's - eveyrhting seems to work fine, the sound matches the video, but the video is not smooth. For example, when the camera pans over a view of say the city, it is ever so slightly jumpy, not a smooth pan as on a rented DVD - I thought I had sorthed out all my problems, but now this...

any ideas? Could it be the program I am using? If I watch the AVI file in windows Media Player, it plays perfectly.......

dont use NERO VISION EXPRESS the encoder SUCKS

read the guides in the tutorials section on using either DVD2SVCD & CCE or use THE FILM MACHINE & CCE

or use this freeware tool here

for better/best results
