Problem with audio channel and graphics

Hi,
The friend of mine has a following PC components:

Abit SA7
SIS645DX chipset
CMI9738 - 2 channel onboard
ManLi g4 mx440 tvout 64MB, 2x,4xAGP
WinXPPro

The problems are:
1. non functional left audio channel (left channel has very weak output signal - about 10% of normal)
2. BIOS don't detect 4x AGP, only 2x

Anyone knows, how to heal???
