Problem: Images can't exceed 400 x400

Whenever I shrink an image to 400x400 the result is blurry.

How do I attach images that will meet the specs and not be blurry?

I compressed one of my pics because that's the only thing I knew to do. Is this the only solution to this problem?

Yes..I noticed the file size was changed also.I don't know if N.B. changed it or not?We will have to wait for his reply on that.

To not blur much use a bicubic instead of bilinear resizing algorithm, and maybe a sharpening filter after.
