hi guys, bear with me im new to this.
i went off the tutorial "How to convert your divx to DVD-R" written buy "Chicken Man"
ok wel all went well till it came to burning-actually it burnt fine, but there was no audio. so i did what it says, and used ffMPEGG to convert the MP2 to AC3,but it doesnt say where to put the AC3 file.-do i put in the audio_ts folder that was empty any way? or do i put it where the MP2 file is,with all the other files from dvd2svcd. i double clicked on one of the vob files and it played fine on computer but wouldnt burn audio. im using memorex DVD-R Media any help would be much appreciated
thank you

Thats why I say to convert the audio to AC3 as many DVD Players will not play mp2 audio in a DVD, particular many NTSC players. Read the Tute, it tells you what to do with the AC3.

You would get better quality if you re-encode direct from your source audio rather than the mp2 by the way. ffMPEG can encode from most avi's just as easy as from an mp2.

Again, as it quotes in the Tute, just ignore that "Bitrate exceeds 9800kbs" error. As for your burning, Memorex brand would have to be one of the absolute worst ever DVDR blanks. Do a search on this forum and everyone using them have found problems. Use quality media and burning then works okay.
