Presentation Software Needed

What software is recomended for doing a presentation and burning it to a cd we are going to use video an music and some announcing with microphone was just wondering what you guys suggest that would work best

Are you looking to prepare it as a VCD (to play on a DVD player) or for a PC.

I did think OpenOffice - www.openoffice.org (basically the free version of "Star Office" now that SUN no longer offer it free) - as I believe that has a presentation package as part of it - but the site is down!

That is the right question!
If you use PC then you have many choises , Open Office, Power Point, and many which can greate slide-picture shows with music as backround, exporting as html or ......

Most likely a PC but since its only

Going to be around 15 to 20 min is it possible to have two copies on one disc one for vcd and the other for pc. any help on this is greatly appreciated.

For a VCD application, you may be able to run the presentation on the PC and capture it with recording software such as CAMSTUDIO (filetransit list a freeware version, though I'm not sure if its accurate in that)

Once you have it in AVI, ChickenMan's tutorials should point the way to (S)VCD
