Power Calibration Error

Hi all freaks !

i have a fucking POWER CALIBRATION ERROR

i run plextor plexwriter 12/10/32 scsi

I use philips 10x compatible cd-rw than used to work 100% before ! Since I got a new (back from costumer service )plextor replacement drive it does NOT !

I got POWER CALIBRATION ERROR !!!!!!

I hAVE 1.03 FIRMWARE VERSION !!!!!!!!!!!!!


I tried with NERO BURNING ROM v5.5.5
I tried with GOLDENHAWK TECH CDRWIN v3.8D
I tried under Win98
I tried under Win XP

Same POWER CALIBRATION ERROR when trying to burn CD-RW



any help ?

try loading in the latest aspi drivers.i had the same problem with my plextor 16 speed.but when i loaded in force aspi it fixed the problem straight away

As I heard, 12x Plextors have a problem with high speed RW media...So try another media (either 4x or slower) or CD-R.
