Possible to Make muti boot dvd disc?

I was just wondering if there was some software out there that could make a mutiboot dvd. Like putting mutiple games, software cds, etc. on a 4.7 dvd disc. I have a Sony DvdRw RW-U18A Drive if that matters. I got it for 72.99 from newegg good deal?

There are numerous programs out there for creating autorun menus if that is what you mean?

A multiboot DVD is for being able to use multiple operating systems to install, or special multimedia utilities like Emovix
From what you've written above I suspect this is not what you want- but then what?

i mean like putting dual disk games on 1 dvd disk. Like sims where they have all the expantion packs. Instead of have multiple disk you might have like 2 or 3

There's no legal way to do that (that means you must patch the game, else it won't work).

For legal backups, burn the DVD as DATA, with all the images of the CDs you want to backup (alcohol/cdrwin/iso image, whatever).

Get Alcohol 52% or 120%, right click on desired image on the DVD, and mount as virtual disk... There will be some restriction on what image you can load this way, but it's a technical explanation

I don't believe it can be done. One of the things a game checks is the CD or DVD "volume ID", and you cannot assign different volume ID's to each session. Also multisession DVD's are noncompliant, and most likely unreadable in the majority of game consoles.
