I installed that suns java...rebooted.....enabled java in all internet options.....same thing....Any more ideas.....How can i uninstall this and install ms java??Can that help??

In IE:

Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Microsoft VM -> enable (check the box) for JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled.

Again, you found the menu; now scroll down to:

The " Microsoft VM " area (Accessibility and Browsing in your screenshot are also " areas ") - You have to use the scroll bar to go down to that area.

Find the " JIT compiler for virtual machine" and check the box to enable it.

Also you should be able to install ms java and choose(same place) if you want to use sun(for applet) or not. No need to uninstall :)

\I understood first time the instructions..But there is no that option????

Wierd! it really should be. Try opening the java plugin config from control panel there its an option to enable for ie. Maybe something got screwed when installing, perhaps try reinstalling?? Dont remember what its called, but isnt there somewhere to choose the default browser, e-mail, java etc(in xp and win2k sp3/4). Something with options like : choose current or system standard, dont know if it will have any effect but check that one out too:)

Ms java in my opinion should be avoided if possible :)
