Plz Help! Probs with Nero

Hi there.. Today i got my brandnew DVD+R Drive, and after installing it, Nero dont find a Recorder.. i want to detect this drive, but then i need the Nero CD, which i dont have.. any chances to get this work? i installed nero again, it still dosnt work...

Sounds like U need a newer version of nero so that it supports Ur drive

If Ur older version of nero was bundled with Ur old drive then it won't work with the new 1, they lock it 2 the drive

Do you have a functional ASPI layer installed? I have seen Nero ignore drives when the ASPI layer is messed up.

Nero supports your drive since v. 5.5.9.15b, install the latest version over your current one.

Nero use it's own ASPI no need for an external (Adaptec) one;
