Last night i installed the latest PlexTools. The read/write offset values for my Plex 8432T in the Drive Info menu are:
Read offset: -1420 Bytes
Write offset:-120 Bytes
With EAC i calculated and verify that:
Read offset is +355 Samples
Write offset is -30 Samples !
As a CD sample is 16bit X 2 (stereo) = 32 bits, thus 4 times a Byte:
-1420 / 4 = -355 Samples
-120 / 4 = -30 Samples
Conclusion: The values reported by PlexTools are correct and can be used to EAC relative fields!
Hint: The Read offset Correction in EAC is the opposite of the actual drive"s read offset....
