Been backing up my DVD movies with no problem till I got to Pirates of the Carribean. Now when I use DVDXCopy Platinum it scans the DVD to my hard drive but when I put in a blank and proceed to copy it says its to big. I then used the beta 3 version of DVDShrink and was looking at things to maybe cut out which brings me to another question...DVDShink seems to pick the compression for the overall DVD and wont let me increase it, whats maddening with Shrink is that on EVERY DVD I try with it the max compression is like one step below the space that a blank DVD can handle. Hope Im making sense here, basicaly Im asking if anyone else has backed up Pirates of The Carribean and how to I manipulate the compression increments in DVD Shrink.

Thanks

I just tried that move with DVDXCopy can't tell you with version because I fried my the powersupply shortly afterwoods on that pc, but I do know that I copied the folder before I let it burn and it was 4.3 gigs. If I get my new PS tomorrow and I get a chance I'll see how DVDShink does it and I will let you know.
