There are many programs that can do that, like Nero (go to Files then chose burn cd image), blindwrite, Paddus diskjugger and others but now I'm using a free one "burnatonce" that's working fine, but its only for windows xp (download at wxw.burnatonce.com), others operative systems are not supported.
