i am using dvd2svcd ver 1.1.0 build 1c

i am new tousing this program, i am trying to do 007 latest movie
buti get an error when i get to muxing and cutting,
can someone help me before i delete it

i am trying t get the log now and paste it here, it gets to 45% before error bbmeg - error

unable to open file c:\pay for ot foward\ 007 james bond2 bbmeg _muxed file.mpg

please help me

You have set Movie Offset to 0 sec. bbMPEG does not like that, I use 1 sec offset and has always worked.

thanks for the reply, i found it to be the files also wrong

also can you tellme how do i get full screen, dont like the black lines

and how do i work out the cds, i want equal amounts on the cds

See the tut http://www.cdrbase.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=17356 and read Note 2. It works for 16:9 to 4:3 as well as 2.3:1 to 16:9, same settings.

As for same size of CD's, enter disk size in Bitrate window 1/2 the size of the movie in minutes x 10. ie a 120min movie, you want 60min on 2 CD's so set cd size to 600meg (60 x 10)

thanks using your tutorial, but now i have got another problem
i deleted the program and reinstalled to get all defaults and now my movie although great quality running it at very slow, has now come out in a perfect square, so how do i fix this

when running dvd2svcd i use the conversion of 16.9 no borders added as 4.3
using tempenc, very slow convert

i noticed in tempenc that the setting was set at full screen, not keep aspect ratio

so what should this be set at if anything
do i need to actually set tempenc up before use

No you dont need to pre-setup Tmpgenc, DVD2SVCD does all the settings.

I suspect you have setup the avsynth script (for 16:9 to full screen) incorrectly.
