Please help, i'm wasted plenty of time!

Alright man I've done everything and wasted three Cd's. OK I'm trying to burn my first VCD. But I can't, I have the antwone fisher .avi, it's in 3 parts, I got them off mIRC, in a TMD channel. Okay I encoded them with tmpgenc using these instructions http://www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgenc.htm. Okay well I encoded all three and it came out fine with 3 mpg's and I can play them on Windows media player and others. Ok, well time to burn, I click Nero express put the first mpg in nero and burn away....... Okay it burns fine. So I put it in one of my DVD players and it says Cannot play disc, put it in another and it says not a valid CD! Ok well I've been wasting plentyyyyy of time doing this, and my CPU doesn't even play the VCD's I burned, I put them in my computer and it just slows down trying to read the CD, do I need a DVD drive or something? I'm stuck and lost, maybe I should try another movie because the antwone fisher avi was like 14 fps. Well plz help and thanks. And vcd easy doesn't recognize my burner it says something like can't find driver, is it my burner?

God Bless.

Hi there, Strangest thing just happened, vcdeasy made a cue file, and I burnt the cue off of vcdeasy, popped it in my VCD player and it played! First time, but it's not the full, so if the cue off vcdeasy burns, shouldnt burning a mpg off of vcdeasy work? and why doesn't it work with nero?

When you use neroexpress it defaults to putting a menu front end onto your vcd. This can be causing your problem.

Use the full version of nero.

Select vcd from the menu.

Drag and drop your mpeg file into the window.

Burn.

This may sort out your problem.

worked for me:eek:)
