Burnatonce cannot certainly create cue/bin- just burn them.
cue/bin in an extended form used to be the native image of VOB Instant CD/DVd up to version 6.5- not so anymore with the new Pinnacle version (7 that is).
Alcohol 120% will image most CD's (some protected excluded) to cue/bin on request, while for audio CD's EAC does a better job (cue/wav format) and VCDeasy can master+ save to cue/bin all forms of videoCD's.
mastering pure non-multisession data CD's to cue/bin does not make sense, as ISO is sufficient and way less tricky.
