playing another region dvd

have you got the make and model of your dvd player and we may be able to track down a handset code or fix to make it multi region

They seem to refer to a firmware upgrade CD (presumably this is hacked firmware)

The other alternative, I suppose, is to rip it on a PC and convert to SVCD (or non-regioned DVD if you have a DVD recorder)
Well **** me! - I found a RAR archive of it, and my archiver (not RAR, but read compatible) calls it ok
