Play dolby digital 5.1 wav files?

Does anyone knows any application that can plays Dolby Digital 5.1 wav files DD WAV (not pcm wav or ac3 files)?

I don´t know much about, but I saw a "plugin" for Winamp called:

OSS/3D Surround Audio Plugin 5.5.1

at

hxxp\wxw.dailymp3.com.\noframe.html

Maybe it works for you. Winamp is freeware and it´s a good program with lots of plugins to increase features.
