Seems DS has a problem with PGC link movies with more than one angle. I found by going to the settings in DVD Decrypter and clicking on "file mode" and ticking "Multi angle processing Retain angle (1) in VOB's" and leaving "file splitting" set to "By file" it correct my problems with pixels and I was able to burn to disk. I hope this helps if anyone should have the same problem.
