when is the Pioneer A07 Due out and will it be around the same price as the current A06's and the Ao6 price will drop???

The information about this drive was leaked in early October with 8x DVD-R and DVD+R speeds. The information was removed from those sites at Pioneer's request as the drive specs had not yet been finalized.

It had been speculated that this drive would be ready for Christmas, however it seems more likely that it will be released first quarter '04. And be prepared for a $300 MSRP (at least at first anyway) and the extra cost for 8x DVDR media.

i heard the A07 is out today on the market, i got hold of one for £115 OEM which i thought was good business :) :)
