A08 is the retail package; i don't know if there are more differences than pasteboard, paper (manual) and software;
try a search at their homepage; and maybe LTR has a review in petto;

Yep, as Duracell has said, they are the same machine, but the 108 comes OEM ( without all the trimmings )

As I understand it, the 108 is OEM, the A08 would be the same model in Retail, while the A08XL (A = PC cream, B = black) is the extra quiet model.

Not quite sure if there is a non-XL retail model...
